We accept many major medical insurance plans, as well as select vision plans.

Medicare Advantage Plans:
While we are often in-network with the medical portion of Medicare Advantage plans, vision benefits are typically separate and may not be covered in our office for glasses or contact lenses.

Because insurance coverage can vary, we recommend checking your benefits prior to your visit. Our staff is happy to help verify coverage when possible.

We bill insurance as a courtesy. Eligibility and benefits are ultimately the responsibility of the patient, and any charges not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.
